Department of Commerce
The Department of Commerce (which is a faculty at university level) has been a major section of the Preetam Prakash College. The Department of Commerce was established in BMES’S Preetam Prakash College in the year 2009-10 when Commerce faculty was started. The first batch of B. Com. Passed out in 2012 with special subjects Cost and Works Accounting, Banking & Finance. The faculty always tries to enrich the students by adopting various teaching and learning methodologies. For the practical subjects our department organised different guest lectures, seminars & workshops. We focus on Overall development of our student and hence we encourage them to take part in various curricular and extracurricular activities like NSS, Cultural Events. We follow the practice of industrial visit and field visit for practical and project work.
